Peterson has an immediate need for an experienced Utility Worker at our Willows, CA location. The person in the position performs general labor duties supporting Parts and Sales.
Process shipping and receiving paperwork
Verify proper shipment of equipment to customers and dealers
Receive machines and attachments physically in the yard
Verify machine and attachment serial numbers
Track and record inventories for Sales department
Adjust inventory discrepancies by taking random physical inventory
Tag and scan machines and attachments
Arrange sales machines and attachments for display in the yard
Move machines and attachments to shop as neededQualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of inventory control experience preferred
Must have mathematical skills and be proficient in use of calculator
Possess excellent computer skills in data entry, Excel, Word, and copy/fax equipment
Must possess a lift truck certificate or the ability to obtain one within a short period of time after being hired
A valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record is required
Be able to lift up to 50lbs
