Balfour Beatty is seeking a Structural Office/Field Engineer for our $300M project in Elk Grove, California. This project is an expansion of Sacramento County’s already existing Regional Waste Water Treatment Plant. Balfour Beatty’s scope of work includes extensive structural and mechanical improvements through the addition of a Tertiary Treatment Facility.
The primary role of the Structural Office/Field Engineer is to assist the Project Engineer and Superintendent with the planning and daily execution of the project as it relates to the construction of large structural concrete and CMU structures. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets.
