Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will work as part of the Managed Services Organization to help build and develop customer relationships and ensure they maximize their benefits of and increase adoption of Wurldtech / GED products.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Drive maximum benefits and value of deployed Wurldtech products
  • Lead high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements
  • Understand defined OpShield solution architectures and developed detailed design specifications in order to drive benefits
  • Work with customers to build a trusted relationship focused around the value of the solution and customer challenges
  • Identify opportunities to further deploy Wurldtech / GED products within a customer’s environment
  • Effectively leverage product capability, driving standardization, limiting customization, and maximizing reuse of content developed for previous solutions
  • Interact with Product Development Team, Commercial Team, Customers, Solution Providers (Partner / Integrators), and other cross-functional teams as required for the solution and implement processes to ensure best use of Wurldtech products
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with peers and team members as an inclusive leader, supporting project execution
  • Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge
  • Work independently as well as part of the team
  • Continue to refine engagement process and documentation as you understand lessons learns from prior engagements and use cases
  • Act as liaison between customer and product support, professional services consulting, commercial teams, leadership, and product management
  • Qualifications/Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software, Electrical, Computer or comparable engineering discipline from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 6 additional years of experience in engineering position)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in networking switching and routing and experience with various vendors
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security, including installing and configuring firewall and IDS / IPS devices, understanding of ICS cyber security best practices, applicable cyber security standards, and solid understanding of PERA
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on OT/ICS protocol (DNP, EDG, SDI, Modbus, Profinet/Profibus, IEC 104) and Industrial equipment experience (HMIs, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS)
  • Experience in a professional services organization in a customer facing role
  • Experience with Manufacturing or Infrastructure Industries (Power, Water, Automotive, Aviation, etc.)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US and Canada, with occasional international travel
  • Intimate knowledge of TCP/IP, protocol analysis, and packet captures
