We seek an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. At Johnstone Supply, it is our vision to be the partner of choice for the premiere HVAC professionals in Central California. We are a 30 year old family business with a consistent record of growth and innovation. We are looking for dynamic professionals who focus on helping our customers succeed.

We are the 2017 Johnstone Supply Member of the Year due to our aggressive growth rate. We need talented people like you to help us achieve our visionary growth plans.

As Sales Manager:
  • You are accountable for revenue generation, expansion of our client base, market share and market mix objectives.
  • You lead and develop a team of five to eight Territory Managers to achieve sales growth goals.
  • You ride with and coach the Team to success; you can expect to be in the field three to four days a week throughout central and northern California.
  • You monitor team activity, sales process, and results and make adjustments to the sales process as necessary to achieve results.

Your goal is to build the best sales team with each Territory Manager considered as a Trusted Advisor by our clients. You will achieve dominant market share with this team of skilled professionals.
