Holt of California is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Sales Coordinator to provide clerical support and general administrative support for Earthmoving Sales by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Confirm sales orders are complete and accurate
  • Process invoices, sales reporting, merchandise claims, and accruals
  • Obtain warranty quotes and initiate start of coverage
  • Analyze costs and revenue to complete commissions
  • Complete necessary documentation for sales orders
  • Assist with training classes and meetings as needed
  • Distribute Sales department mail • Handle incoming sales calls and distribute leads
  • Assist with travel reservations, accommodations and meeting preparation
  • Clerical responsibilities include filing, managing calendar and office supplies
  • Professional interaction with multiple departments within Holt
  • Work closely with Finance Coordinator to finalize transactions
  • Assist Sales Manager as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
