Summary: The Replenisher is responsible to replenish all empty slot locations and stock all incoming freight.  This job is considered SAFETY SENSITIVE.


Essential Functions:

  • Supports and promotes the mission, vision, and guiding behaviors of the company. 
  • Follows all departmental procedures and company policies, including attendance. 
  • Transports incoming product to the proper temperature zones; racks product in proper slot location.  
  • Maintains quality control of all product; inspects for quality issues and expired code dates (perishable product); rotates product accordingly. 
  • Keeps all slots stocked with proper item; ensures order selectors do not wait for items to be replenished. 
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area. 
  • Operates a Powered Industrial Truck. 
  • Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, reports injuries/accidents immediately, demonstrates safe behavior at all times, especially when using company property and/or operating equipment or vehicles. 
  • Safety Sensitive jobs are held to a higher standard as reflected in performance evaluations and are subject to Random drug or alcohol testing. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple notes
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of receiving and verifying products 


Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior receiving experience including checking of products for quality
  • Prior forklift/pallet jack experience
  • Packing or farming background preferred
