KKCS is seeking an experienced licensed architect, professional engineer (PE) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with project/construction management and infrastructure improvement experience for a full-time, advanced-level Project Manager II position in Los Angeles, CA. The PM II serves the owner’s representative for design-build projects consisting of office administrative buildings, infrastructure improvements and/or laboratories. The position is scheduled to start as soon as possible.


Required Experience & Education

  • B. S. degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field
  • Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer licensed in California and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Ten (10) years of experience as a project manager/construction manager in the role of an owner's representative
  • Management of design-build projects consisting of office administrative buildings, infrastructure improvements, and/or laboratories with a total project cost of $50 million or greater
  • Evidence of satisfactory past performance, knowledge of codes, standards and construction/engineering processes
  • Environmental hazardous material abatement experience
  • Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Job Order Contract, and Best-Value Construction experience
  • Experience managing LEED Gold (or higher) or Envision certified projects
