Compensation: Base plus Commission Opportunity

Job Summary: We are actively seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative who wants to join a dynamic company in the Commercial HVACR & Plumbing business. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will manage the process and procedure for quoting and providing construction quotes, equipment installation and retrofit sales and planned maintenance agreements to new and prospective clients.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

•Meeting with customers to provide pricing and proposal options either change out of roof top equipment, ductwork and or controls

•Inspect Buildings to prepare HVAC maintenance agreements and records

•Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and respond promptly when required

•Work directly with the General Manager on construction bids

•Work closely with Installation to ensure completion and total customer satisfaction

•Generate and new customers and or General Contractors

•Source and develop client referrals

•Prepare sales action plans and strategies

•Schedule daily sales activity

•Develop and maintain a customer database

•Make sales calls to new and existing clients

Ability to read and take off blue prints

•Negotiate bid jobs with clients

•Develop sales proposals and contracts for customers review

•Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports

•Respond to sales inquiries and concerns electronically or in person

•Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships by follow up on sales activity and quoting activity


 •3 to 5 years of experience with Commercial Project Estimation and Sales  

•Sales aptitude • Extremely organized and highly motivated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience giving presentations to clients

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales

• Knowledge of customer service principles

• Knowledge of basic business principles

• Experience in making presentations

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
