The Rental Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental branch. Including: personnel, cash control, accounts receivable, purchasing, training of branch employees, customer satisfaction, equipment availability and the branches financial contribution to Quinn Group Companies.
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees engaged in equipment trouble shooting, repair, and customer relations both in company shops and the field.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general
education degree (GED) and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
