Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an experienced HVAC Service/Maintenance Sales person who can immediately join our Service Company at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  We are looking for exceptional personnel with 3+ years of experience (a Bachelor’s Degree a plus in any field but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment. Skills required include the following: cold calling skills (aggressive), excellent customer service and relationship skills, high level of both verbal and written communication skills,  computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook), highly organized, good planner and critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Must be a great team player with the ability to lead by example and desire opportunity to grow.  

Responsibilities and skills needed:

  1. Solicitation & sales.
  2. Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  3. Visit and present an open line of communication on a regular basis to all accounts and maintain consistent contact, especially with key accounts.
  4. All job costing to include securing material costs & compiling a final project submittal price using our computerized estimating system for in-house review.
  5. Contract/proposal generation to include both the creative and actual inputs necessary to produce a bid document.
  6. Control all costs of the various contracts - jobs need to consistently meet or exceed expected profit objectives.
  7. Establish required documentation for the successful tracking of projects -- timeliness and accuracy are of high importance.
  8. Ability to multi-task is essential. Must be capable of maintaining focus and composure in the midst of changing deadlines and priorities.
  9. Must have the ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to competently transmit and receive correspondence from our customers.
  10. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
  11. Other duties as assigned.
