The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible for the general functions of the HR department and assists in all personnel matters. Serves as a liaison between employees, management, and executive management. Represents the department in leadership meetings and the company in various community events. Duties include: supervision and development of staff, development and implementation of company policies/procedures, employee training on HR-related content, advising management on employment law or employee relations, managing benefit and payroll administration/compliance.
