Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an entry-level File Clerk/Scanner/Back-Up Receptionist who can immediately join our Accounting Department at our busy headquarters in Anaheim, California.  Work full-time in our professional office environment (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).  Skills desired include the following:  highly detailed and organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Outlook), ability to handle multiple phone lines (back-up receptionist), must be a team player.

Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Heavy scanning/indexing/filing
  2. Back-Up Receptionist (handle all phone calls into the company, greet all visitors, process incoming mail/deliveries, etc).
  3. Greet all visitors to the building.
  4. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
  5. Other duties as assigned
