Position Summary:

Be a part of a solid and innovative team that supports the vision, mission and goals of our customers by providing information on a broad range of products and services to customers via inbound and outbound telephone contact. Under limited supervision, assists customers with both operational, equipment, and service related inquiries. Attends and leads meetings in their prospective region for their customers a few times per year. Interacts with multiple teams to help achieve corporate objectives.


Primary Functions:

  • Motivated to attain maximum productivity in a positive working environment
  • Assists customers with problem resolution on a variety of products and warranty related services, as well as identifying and helping to correct customer account problems
  • Processes orders and provides product and service information over the phone to customers
  • Contributes to department goals by handling appropriate call volumes and assisting the department in meeting overall goals and budgets
  • Completes work with accuracy and efficiency, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Achieves acceptable call observation results
  • Assists the department by completing projects and reports related to the department
  • Provides back-up for other staff as necessary and performs other duties as assigned



  • Phone customer service experience preferred, and ability to maintain, develop and facilitate relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Abode Programs like Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Possesses outstanding Written, Verbal, Organizational, Time-Management and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to multiple details and directives at a time
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • High School Diploma
  • A College Degree is preferred, but a combination of work experience will be accepted for the right candidate
