In need of a few good Lead Foreman for a Sacramento based electrical contractor.

THE WORK IS IN THE BAY AREA!! If you're not local to the Bay, you must be willing to commute and/or stay there (at your own expense) Monday - Friday.

This is a non union, full-time, direct hire position. Need Lead's to run numerous residential/commercial multi-family high-rise sites.

Jobs range from Mountain View to Redwood City to Foster City and San Jose.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
*Conduct preventative maintenance programs
*Determining Wire Layouts/Install
*Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all electrical equipment
*Test continuity of circuits with test equipment
*Troubleshoot faults in electrical system
*Facilitate underground conduit layout
*Oversee and facilitate electrical installations in parking garages
*Utility Pull-In
*Managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs
*Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity
*Coordinating all manpower, materials and equipment
*Completing field administration: time tracking, quantity reports, purchases and  job diaries
*Organize, coordinate and delegate all journeyman and apprentice daily responsibilities/duties

*Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics

*Supervising and mentoring field personnel
*Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, snow.

*Minimum of 10 years experience as a Lead Foreman/Journeyman (preferably with high-rise/multi-family experience, but not necessary).
*Experience in running $2M+ projects
*Must have journeyman, master electrician certification or a C-10
*Works well with all levels of team in a productive manner
*Extremely knowledgeable in NEC Codes
*Must be extremely safety-conscious and very knowledgeable in OSHA standards
*Must have the ability to understand and build the electrical portion of a *construction schedule
*Must be able to read and understand blueprints
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
*Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
*Must be able to prioritize and complete work within specified guidelines
*Must have a stable employment history
