We have current openings for the position of Electrical Foreman at jobs in the Bay Area of California.

 

Position Summary: 

The Foreman will be assigned to Multi-Family Residential projects, supervising and running the on-site crew; consisting of multiple trades at varying levels of experience.  The Foreman will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines and requirements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all assigned staff and trades are working appropriately while maintaining quality of work and safety
  • Participates in in-depth project pre-planning and detailing
  • May act as point person regarding plans for time management updates, materials, and manpower
  • Inspects installations for quality assurance and ensures code standards are met
  • Works closely with Support Operations personnel to ensure administrative needs are completed timely, accurately, and in a legal manner

 

Qualifications:

  •  Must posses a current and valid California Journeyman Certification 
    • NOTE: Include your Certification Number when applying
  • Experience running crews of varying sizes
  • Must have electrical experience/skills, including, but not limited to; plan reading, layout, various conduit bending, wire pulling, and ability to follow directions
  • Must be proficient with the use of hand power tools
  • Must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools

Special Considerations:

  • Experience with Multi-Family Residential projects a plus
