Job Duties

  • Interface with customers to ensure their service needs are met when they have placed a service call
  • Receive, schedule, and dispatch service calls
  • Prioritize and assign work order to Technicians
  • Receive weekly service tickets from Technicians in preparation for the week’s billing process
  • Process service invoices on a weekly basis
  • Process vendor invoices for accounts payable process

 

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years in service-based billing, previous HVAC experience required
  • Competence in Microsoft suite of programs
  • Service industry dispatch knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an efficient manner
