Peterson Trucks Inc. in San Leandro has an immediate opening for a Parts Delivery Driver to deliver products.


Responsibilities include the following:

  • Drives passenger truck to deliver parts to customer's place of business.
  • Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt.
  • Records daily sales and deliveries records.
  • Communicates service complaints to supervisor.
  • Loads truck with parts to be delivered.
  • Issues and obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
  • Performs daily safety inspection on truck: (i.e., check lights, oil, and water).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years of driving experience.
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License. Class C Driver’s License required. 
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
