Responsible for processing all sales orders of equipment and providing support to regional coordinators and sales force as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Process all sales invoices
• Transmit sales records to Caterpillar
• Enroll equipment in warranty - CAT system and DBS
• Process all accruals for all sales in a timely manner
• Prepare gross margin summary sheets for every sale
• Process and audit Caterpillar post sale claims
• Process purchase orders
• Backup regional coordinators as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college and two to three years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
