    Job Description

    ·         Project Management

    §  Manage entire project work order process flow from customer request or notification to work order completion, including work load distribution, customer communication, crew scheduling, and follow-up

    §  Manage Change Order Request Process, including tag sheet approval tracking & customer change order issue process

    §  Enter scheduling requests, process recurring work orders, enter actuals, and conduct customer service satisfaction follow-up phone calls

    §  Run weekly and monthly scheduling reports to ensure proper execution of work orders

    §  Manage Field Supervisor & perform daily oversight of projects including resource & equipment planning, crew management, routine job inspections, and customer service communications

    §  With Field Supervisor, coordinate logistical movement of crews and equipment to job sites so that the right people with the right equipment, at the right time are on the job site

    §  Ensure that projects are on budget and on schedule; track project progress and report variances to sales and executive team

    §  Ensure that work performed by crews adheres to company customer service expectations as well as company policies and procedures

    ·         Employee Management

    §  Obtain & Verify Employee Time Sheets against Field Supervisor Daily Crew Tracking Logs

    §  Responsible for field crew hiring, including job postings & interviews

    §  Notify management of any potential human resource management issues and decide on a specific course of action

    §  Responsible for field crew disciplinary actions as well as recognition programs

    §  Assist in the development of policies and procedures to improve customer service, safety, and margins based on experience in field

    ·         Safety Management

    §  Manage jobsite safety including company Injury and Illness Prevention Program: select safety topics, schedule safety meetings, & hold safety meetings with crews on safety policies & procedures

    §  Inspect job sites to ensure safety guidelines are being met and highlight any potential issues with office and customer

    ·         Sales & Client Management

    §  Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service

    §  After field training, attend job walks and estimate job scope, resources, & time to complete bid proposals

    Job Requirements

    ·         Prior crew scheduling (1+ years)

    ·         Construction industry trade experience required (1+ years)

    ·         Employee management and supervision experience required (1+ years)

    ·         Knowledge of MS Office, including experience with Excel

    ·         Bilingual in English/Spanish

    ·         Excellent communication skills and customer service experience with construction professionals

    ·         Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
