The Compliance Specialist manages the daily operation and budget for the compliance department. This position must analyze our business methods and insure that our operations are in compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws. Responsibilities include: payroll and benefit compliance/administration, assisting internal/external auditors, maintaining business licensing, and risk management for the enterprise. This position will provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, procedures, as well as participate in strategic planning and forecasting. 

Job Requirements:

  • Five plus years' experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior leadership experience required.
  • Construction industry knowledge and experience preferred.
