Only Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representatives need apply Job Summary: We are actively seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative who wants to join a dynamic company in the Commercial HVACR & Plumbing business. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will manage the process and procedure for quoting and providing service sales, equipment install and retrofit sales and planned maintenance agreements to new and prospective clients.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

•Meeting with customers to provide pricing and proposal options for service and planned maintenance agreements

•Inspect Buildings to prepare HVAC maintenance agreements and records

•Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and respond promptly when required

•Work directly with the Service Manager on HVAC general maintenance bids

•Work closely with other managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction

•Work with accounting and dispatch to setup customer profiles and contracts accordingly

•Generate and qualify leads

•Source and develop client referrals

•Prepare sales action plans and strategies

•Schedule sales activity

•Develop and maintain a customer database

•Make sales calls to new and existing clients

•Negotiate with clients

•Develop sales proposals

•Prepare and present sales agreements

•Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports

•Respond to sales inquiries and concerns electronically or in person

•Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships by follow up on sales activity

•Participate in sales events


 •3 to 5 years of experience with Commercial HVAC systems required

•Sales aptitude • Extremely organized and highly motivated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience giving presentations to clients

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales

• Knowledge of customer service principles

• Knowledge of basic business principles

• Experience in making presentations
