Submit resumes to Tri Tool Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to work on the swing shift (3:15pm - 1:45am). CNC Machinists will work on both CNC mill and CNC lathe work centers setting up and proving programs. Gcode and / or Mazatrol experience preferred for CNC VTL with 90 inch table, CNC vertical mills and CNC single turret lathes. Job Description:  Operating CNC machining equipment to produce parts using blueprints provided.  Loading tooling for jobs and measuring tool length offset, making tooling boxes for jobs.  Inspecting parts produced  Communicate problems with work holding and programming to supervisor and machine programmer. Communicate tooling needed with supervisor for upcoming jobs, design and produce fixturing for upcoming jobs.  Load and unload parts  Blend and Deburr parts during cycle times  Monitor tooling and adjust as needed  Monitor coolant and oil levels on machine and fill as needed  Programming of Mazatrol and/or G-code. Requirements:  High School Diploma  Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and running CNC mills and lathes and will be in charge of all setups.  Strong math, blueprint comprehension and communication skills are required.  Ability to read and comprehend measuring equipment  Ability to use and read inspection equipment  Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for an extended period of time  Neatness & organization, quality and time consciousness to meet deadlines a must  Must pay good attention to detail  Ability to follow detailed instructions  Will be working in machine shop environment that fluctuates in temperature and noise level  Ability to stand for long periods of time.
