Tri Tool Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to work on the swing shift (3:15pm - 1:45am).
CNC Machinists will work on both CNC mill and CNC lathe work centers setting up and proving programs. Gcode
and / or Mazatrol experience preferred for CNC VTL with 90 inch table, CNC vertical mills and CNC
single turret lathes.
Operating CNC machining equipment to produce parts using blueprints provided.
Loading tooling for jobs and measuring tool length offset, making tooling boxes for jobs.
Inspecting parts produced
Communicate problems with work holding and programming to supervisor and machine programmer.
Communicate tooling needed with supervisor for upcoming jobs, design and produce fixturing for
Load and unload parts
Blend and Deburr parts during cycle times
Monitor tooling and adjust as needed
Monitor coolant and oil levels on machine and fill as needed
Programming of Mazatrol and/or G-code.
High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and running CNC mills and lathes and will be in charge of
Strong math, blueprint comprehension and communication skills are required.
Ability to read and comprehend measuring equipment
Ability to use and read inspection equipment
Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for an extended period of time
Neatness & organization, quality and time consciousness to meet deadlines a must
Must pay good attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Will be working in machine shop environment that fluctuates in temperature and noise level
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
