Submit resumes to Tri Tool Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to work on our CNC VTL machines on the Day shift (7AM - 3:30pm). This position requires precision and the ability to operate CNC machining equipment to produce, program, fixture and complete parts using blueprints provided with little supervision. Strong programming and math skills are required. Job Description:  Knowledge of Fanuc Controls and G-code programing  Experience with CNC Knee Mill, CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers, CNC Lathes, Honing machine, Grinders and sanders, Various types of presses, Sheet metal brake, Various types of saws, Various types of inspection equipment, various cranes and lifts.  Close tolerance R&D work down to .0005" on small lot runs  Load tooling, make tooling boxes for jobs, monitor tooling and adjust as needed.  Monitor coolant and oil levels on machine and fill as needed.  Must possess the ability to measure tool length offset. Ability to read and comprehend measuring equipment.  Inspecting parts produced, communicating with supervisor and programmer problems with work holding and programming.  Communicate tooling needed with supervisor for upcoming jobs, design and produce fixturing for upcoming jobs.  Lifting, loading and unloading parts and fixtures into and out of equipment being used.  Moving parts or fixtures to and from your work area for the next operation.  Deburr parts during cycle time.  Keep a neat, organized workplace and time conscious to meet deadlines. Requirements:  Minimum Education High School education.  Minimum Experience 5-10 Years working as a CNC Machinist  Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and running CNC VTLs.  Journeyman level understanding of shop practices and very strong shop math skills  Strong understanding of blueprints and related GD&T.  Candidates will be neat, organized, quality conscious, have good communication skill and the ability to follow detailed instructions.  Ability to stand on your feet for long periods during your shift.  Machine Shop environment that fluctuates in temperature and noise level.
