ETIC is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant who is reliable, energetic, fun, and will provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operation of the office.  

Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, should have strong communication skills, have knowledge of office management systems and procedures; have excellent time management and has ability to prioritize work, have strong organizational skills and can multi-task, demonstrates attention to detail and have problem solving skills, and should demonstrate professionalism and high level of discretion at all times.

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to mail and package distribution; phones, photocopying, faxing, filing, front desk management, visitor help, office and kitchen supplies ordering;
  • Conduct research for events and various tasks and summarize results of research as needed.
  • Maintains general areas to include but not limited to front lobby, kitchen, conference rooms, and storage spaces;
  • Responsible for office opening and closing including making coffee in the morning and making sure all doors are locked and blinds are closed in the evenings.
  • Coordinates office moves, company events, and other company functions.
  • Provide support to owner, managers and employees including booking travel arrangements, Purchase Requisition and Order creation;
  • Maintain and manage fleet vehicles including maintenance, record tracking, and reservation management;
  • Manage FasTrak and Wright Express accounts
  • Assist Operations Manager with other daily Operations as needed including meeting coordination, presentations, document modifications, research, etc.
